I have this, with the status “Need to sign”

it’s already signed!

Most part of similar situations occurs because the recipient (in this case, you) did not click on Finish button after signature. Check this example below:

Oh, ok, it’s a different situation. Thank you for sharing this additional info.

The screen you’re seeing is called “FreeForm sign”, which means you have the ability to add fields by yourself. The sender, during the envelope creation process, didn’t specify fields for you.

To “pass” this screen and complete your process, you must add at least one field from the left and drag it in the document. It can be an initial field or even a date signed field.

However, if you don’t want to do it, you can reach out to the sender (envelope creator) and ask him to fix it by designating a specific field for you.
