I don’t know what has happened.  All names I put in automatically go on the documents instead of me doing it.  How can I change it to manual.

Following up on the asked, can you please provide us with more information to help us understand your issue better? Do you mean fields are being auto-placed? If yes, this could be related to AI-powered Suggested Fields. To turn this off, navigate to Admin → Signing and Sending → Sending Settings. Look for a checked box that says, “Enable field assist for senders.” Uncheck this box, save, and test.
