All customers experience error accessing all powerforms
Hi all,
when a user accesses one of our powerform URLs, they enter Name and Mail and then receive the following error message: The error message translates to “cannot be loaded, an error occured”. The error is “on and off” sometimes it is there for hours, sometimes for days. It affects all users and all powerforms.
DocuSign Support was not able to help us after 4 weeks of back and forth. Do you have any idea?

If the PowerForm is working sometimes and it does not at other times, but then starts working again.
This could be related to the PowerForm options - Usage Settings, where a limit might be set, like the “minimum time between responses”, which would block additional submittals for the specified time.
This could also be related to your Docusign plan and you hitting the monthly envelope allowance on the specific account? This would explain why it happens across all PowerForms from that specific account.
