Hi all,
when a user accesses one of our powerform URLs, they enter Name and Mail and then receive the following error message:
The error message translates to “cannot be loaded, an error occured”. The error is “on and off” sometimes it is there for hours, sometimes for days. It affects all users and all powerforms.
DocuSign Support was not able to help us after 4 weeks of back and forth. Do you have any idea?
