Hello,

after I have added all involved people to the signature workflow I am able to choose a contract type from various preset contract types. I am aware that this is for statistical/reporting purposes only. These contract types mostly don´t fit ours and we have additional, company specific types. Is it possible to customize those preset contract types and if so, which setting do I use as an Admin?

No, this is a pre-defined list that cannot be adjusted at this point in time.

You may remove the “Envelope Types” dropdown field, if you choose not to use it
