Hi, I need 3 additional sends this month as a one-off. Can I just pay extra for this or do I need to upgrade my subscription?

I apologize for the inconvenience, I understand that you need more envelopes and you want to know if it is possible to buy more or if an upgrade is needed.

 

If more envelopes are needed and you do not have the option to buy more in the Plan and Billing information page in the account Settings, you will need to upgrade your plan, you can change your account plan type from the Plan and Billing page in DocuSign eSignature Settings. 

If you are currently on an eSignature Web Plan, you have the option to downgrade to a free account. The changes to your account plan will take effect at the end of your specified renewal term and will not be prorated.

 

To change your plan, follow these steps: 1. Go to Plan and Billing in DocuSign eSignature Settings. 2. Select Change Plan. 3. Choose the account plan type you want. 4. Review the billing and user details for the new plan and select Change Plan. Your plan will be updated accordingly. Remember, you can cancel or adjust the change before your next billing cycle by selecting Cancel plan change.
