I have created a Template “Customer Credit Application Form” that requires filling in and signing, I also want attach a “read only” quote

So with every envelope i want to send:-

  1. Quote 
  2. Credit Application Form

Can you please advise best way to do this?

To include a read-only quote with your Customer Credit Application Form in every envelope, your best option is to upload the quote as a second document in your DocuSign template without assigning any fields; this makes it view-only.

How do you add the quote when I create a envelope from a template

Is there an option to add the quote at this stage?

When you are in the template area, you should have the option to upload a document.
