Adapt number of roles dynamically whit gui.

Question

Hello,I am using the bulk send feature to send many enveloppes at once. So, I created a template with 1 CC role to receive a copy.  The problem is sometimes I would like to add another CC role in my bulk send (so I added a new fields into my csv files to add the new CC role). However, I would like to keep one template and for example, if one enveloppe has only one CC role, I want to let empty the second CC role in my csv file.  The problem is Docusign doesn’t accept empty role, so I am looking for the best practices.Should I create another template with one CC role more and create the good CSV file with it  or can I keep one template and transform it dynamically with API ?Best regards

The best solution would be that you create templates for 1 CC and 2 CC and then use the appropriate bulk send template you need.

You can create the second template quickly by using the create copy function that should keep all the data fields and just add in the additional CC required.
