thank you,  i have different question for now, could you please advise ?

I am creating a webform in DocuSign by importing a template. In my template, I have a recipient labeled 'Vendor,' which includes fields for Vendor email and Vendor name. However, the form also contains fields for Vendor email and Vendor name. When I activate the webform, these fields appear twice. How can I ensure that Vendor email and Vendor name are shown only once?

If I apply rules to hide one field when the other is filled, the webform shows an error when I attempt to submit it. Additionally, I would prefer not to remove 'Vendor' as a recipient, as this would result in the loss of all fields that need to be filled by the vendor

Hello @ljobava,

I hope you’re doing well.

Based on your description, it may not be possible to display the vendor's name and email only once in your webform setup. The system requires these details to be filed separately, once for the recipient role (to define who will receive and sign the document) and again for the specific fields in the template itself, so both the role information and the individual fields need to be completed separately.

I hope this information helps. Let me know if you have any further questions.
