My subscription is $300 annually (excluding tax). In April, I received an additional bill of $7.99. My subscription plan was unlimited signing. If Docusign had decided to increase the price, they should have done so during the renewal period. Instead, they charged an extra fee and changed the plan without informing the customer about the changes.   I’m heading to other signing platforms.
