We have a business account with 2 seats however only the original administrator send from his profile. I have a private “free” profile but would like to be added to the business “seat”. Can you please assist us with this.

Since your organization has a DocuSign business account with two seats, the account administrator can add you to the second seat so you can send documents under the business plan instead of using your personal free account

Just a quick heads-up: if you already have a DocuSign account (such as a free or trial account) under your email address, and someone tries to add you to a business account using that same email, it may trigger an error or prevent the addition from going through.
To resolve this, you’ll need to free up the email address so it can be used with the new business profile. You can do that by:
Changing the email on your existing (free) account to something else—this can be done in your profile settings.
Or, if the account is no longer needed, you can close the free account entirely.
