I’d like to create an template with seven external Signers (no DocuSign-Account) where only one out of this seven has to sign the documents. The signature should be placed on the same place on several pages.

Are there any suggestions for me, how i can proceed. We are currently using DocuSign with the web-interface.

Hello, @Michael Wild

Sure!

You need to create a Signing Group using Admin interface then add your seven external signers.

Open an envelope, add the Signature in every page that you like one of them signing.

The first one who open up the envelope and signs it will be considered the only signers all others will not need to sign it again.

Is this are you looking for?

Thanks,

Alexandre
