I have set up a template for signature. However, when I try to save and close the template I keep being told I cannot save it as the template is not locked. And I cannot find anywhere that I would lock and unlock the template. Any advise?

Actual solution so you do not lose your work: Click the X in the top-left and choose Save--you should get a successfully saved message in the lower-left. Then, click that X again and choose Discard Changes to get out of the editor. If you go back to Edit the same template, you should see that all of your work has been preserved.

It appears the Save and Close button in the bottom-right produces the “not locked” error, but at least for me, the X in the top-left did not and kept me from losing my changes.
