The docusign portal is not accessible

I am trying to access the docusign portal to sign some documents but the portal is appearing with a blank page and the following error.

 

upstream connect error or disconnect/reset before headers. retried and the latest reset reason: connection timeout

I have restarted my laptop to see if that would help without any success. All other portals for different systems are working perfectly and so that means my internet is functioning normally.

I'm aware there is an issue in relation to what you are experiencing. The update I have at the moment is our engineering team is working with our 3rd party to resolve this issue I will keep you updated on the status. And some of our customers told us they can login the Docusign portal now. please try again.

Identified - The issue has been identified. The team are working on a fix. Additionally, customers may experience issues with signing documents.
