I think 1921 maybe not right, please confirm and update. thanks.

The ETA was originally passed in 1989, and then later amended in1921 adopting the UNCITRAL Model Law on Electronic Transferable Records (MLETR).

@Hengfeng Ge , thanks for catching this inaccuracy and reporting it.  I have passed your comment on to the Trust team and will let you know their response when available.

Regards,
Jerry

@Hengfeng Ge The Trust team “confirmed the dates should be 1998 (not 1989) and 2021 (not 1921). This will get updated.”

Thanks again for reporting it,
Jerry

@Jerry.Withers

thanks for your quickly response. It's so nice to have your help.

In addition, is it possible for them to update the guide in Vietnam, there is a new version of the regulation, and the document has not been updated.

Also please add Vietnam TSP online integration support as soon as possible, instead of Signer Held, other competitors have already added Vietnam TSP online integration support without Signer Held. After all, Vietnam is forced digital Signature.

@Hengfeng Ge   Thanks once more for raising important issues.  The Vietnam guide can probably be updated quickly, but unless they are already working on the Vietnam TSP integration, that part may be a while.  I have passed this on and will let you know what I have discovered.

Regards,
Jerry

@Jerry.Withers Ok, thanks for your kind help.

@Hengfeng Ge I have a partial response as to the content in the guide: “our eSign guide is updated periodically and it is currently in the process for an update now. nWe] seek to have all our pages reflect current law.”  I am still seeking an answer on the Vietnam TSP integration.

Regards,

Jerry

Here’s the answer for the TSP integration portion: “We are working to integrate a vietnam TSP. When we are ready and its available you will see it on our website.” So luckily, it is already in the works, @Hengfeng Ge

Thanks again for raising these issues!

Jerry
