Some of the most frequently asked questions are topics regarding renewal management.  Docusign Agreement Manager - (formerly Navigator) provides a heavy duty tool that addresses many renewal management needs - the Renewals Dashboard.  Find out more in the Use the Renewals Dashboard to Locate Upcoming Renewals article and its related content links.  Feel free to ask about any renewals management needs you or your customers have surfaced.  Or to make any tips or suggestions you have found useful in this area.

Great insights on a topic we hear about often! The Renewals Dashboard in Docusign Navigator is a powerful resource for managing upcoming renewals effectively.

Hello @Jerry.Withers

This is great to hear having renewal management capabilities within Navigator, especially powered by Iris AI, is definitely a strong value-add.

One idea I wanted to explore: is there a way to configure notification alerts for a specific user who is responsible for managing the renewal of a particular contract? For example, assigning a “Contract Owner” or “Renewal Manager” role to receive automated alerts as the renewal date approaches. This could help streamline accountability and ensure timely actions on upcoming renewals.

Thanks!

@Pawan Gangwani Good use case -- but as of now, that would need to be done in a CLM workflow.  I think you should pose it as a suggestion in the Ideas section so the product managers have a chance to consider it for the IAM Navigator/Maestro roadmaps.
Thanks for the question!
