Can't start an eSignature session

When I login to my account I get this error:

upstream connect error or disconnect/reset before headers. retried and the latest reset reason: connection timeout

@hmaarek Thanks for reporting your issue. According to the https://status.docusign.com/ page, there was a partial outage earlier today.  Have you been able to login recently?  If not, please use support.docusign.com to record your outage.  That will be the fastest way to resolution.

@Jerry.Withers I am not sure if this connected to it, but several signors currently receive error message that they are not able to access the document for signature. 
Unfortunately, I cannot access your support. Do you have any recommendation to solve this issue?

@Manuel Antoniou, you can use your Docusign eSignature credentials to login to the support page and create a ticket.  Another thought, have they tried using the URL link in their notification to get access or just the Review button?
