We’re thrilled to introduce a powerful new update designed to streamline your access to customer usage insights. Starting January 22, 2025, Customer Usage Reports will be readily available directly from the Docusign Partner Portal.
What’s New?
- Self-Service Access: View and download customer usage data in a CSV format right from the Docusign Partner Portal.
- Daily Updates: Reports are updated daily, ensuring you always have the latest insights.
- Subscriptions: Opt in to receive weekly or monthly reports tailored to your needs.
Available Data Points Include:
- eSign Site ID
- Account Name
- Billing Country & Region
- Docusign Account Type
- Account & Billing Status
- Opportunity Details (Name, Stage, Type, and Order End Date)
- Usage Metrics (Projected Usage Score, Consumption Within Contract Term and Overall)
- Envelope Allowance & Sent Stats
- Customer Success Manager
Who has Access?
- Only Docusign Portal Admin from Reseller Partners can access the Usage Report Feature
How to Access?
- Log in to the Docusign Partner Portal and select "Access your reports." You can also find the reports under the Tools & Resources tab.

- This will take you to the dedicated page where you can view and download your reports.
