about the documents contents in support portal show as blank after login partner account

Dear partner team,

There was an issue that had bothered me for more than a year and has not been resolved. It is to access the document of the support.docusign.com, and sometimes the body of the document will be blank. However, the beginning and end of the page are displayed normally, and only the content of the article is displayed blank. Often, at this time we copy this link to another browser, and it will be displayed normally. Because I've been using the Chrome browser, I've always suspected that it's a problem with the Chrome browser. Since I don't know when it can be reproduced, I can't solve it even if I open a case. Chrome can't clear only one site's cookies, so it hasn't been completely solved.

copy to the url to firefox, it is always work.

Today I find the cause, before I login the partner account, the page show fine in chrome, but after I login, it show as blank. So I also confirm with my colleague, She always use EDGE,she always copy the url to Chrome, she think it is the issue with EDGE. So we find the same issue, always not login the partner account after load the page in the new broswer. 

 

Hopefully this issue will be resolved soon. It's inconvenient to copy back and forth, and I still want my favorites to be in one browser.

@Hengfeng Ge Thanks for bringing this up.  One question, have you tried just refreshing the page when it fails to show the content? Does that work for you or your colleague?

@Jerry.Withers Haha, If refresh could have solved it, this problem wouldn't have bothered me and my colleagues for more than a year, and we are both proficient in web development, we try everything we can try. thanks.

Thank you for your detailed observations and for sharing the steps you took to isolate the issue. It’s always valuable when partners provide concrete examples like this.

The issue you described happens after logging into the partner account and has been seen in browsers like Chrome and Edge. However, Firefox, which uses a different web rendering engine to display pages, does not show this problem. This difference suggests that the issue might be related to how certain browsers manage session data or cached information on the support site, but this has not been confirmed yet.

While the issue can be worked around by switching browsers and doesn’t affect functionality, we understand it can still disrupt your preferred workflow and acknowledge this isn’t ideal.

We have reported this to the team responsible for web content at Docusign to ensure they are aware and can investigate further if needed.

While we recognize that opening a case hasn’t resolved the issue in the past, submitting a technical support case is still the most effective way to ensure the right internal teams are involved and can formally track and investigate the issue.

We’ve already flagged this to the internal team and will check if they’re able to reproduce the issue on their end. In the meantime, if you’re still encountering the error, please do submit a technical support case and let me know the case number. This will help us escalate it further.
