Hello @Fendri
Thank you for reaching out, and welcome to the Docusign Community! We appreciate your question and assure you that we are fully committed to providing you with the best service possible.
I understand you would like to know how you can count the usage of the navigator but since our Team is still working on some features of the navigator, as of the moment, we highly recommend that you may utilize the IAM usage reporting. This will include visibility to your allowance and the actual number of agreements counted against it.

Hi Cassandra,

Thank you for your reply.

May I know if the IAM usage reporting that you mentioned is same with e-sign usage reporting?

Hello @Fendri

For your reference, here’s the article for IAM Dashboards and Reports.

The Reports feature helps administrators and users to gain valuable insights into their Docusign account. Data is generated continuously, so this feature contains near real-time data from document and envelope activity.

Select Reports from the global header to access this feature. The Reports page opens.

A screenshot of the Reports page that highlights the two main components of this feature, Dashboards and Reports.

The Reports feature provides two ways to view your document and envelope data:

  • Dashboards provide a visual overview or summary for quick insights.
  • Reports provide a detailed and structured view of data for review, documentation, and analyses.

Dashboards

The available Dashboards are displayed in the navigation pane on the left-side of the page. These dashboards provide a visual summary of the document and envelope activity for your account.

Use these dashboards to view the document and envelope activity for your account:

Dashboard Description
My dashboard

This dashboard provides an overview of your envelope activity and environmental savings for your organization's account.

  • All users can use the My dashboard view to see activity data on their own envelopes.

Administrator dashboard

This dashboard provides a look at key metrics on sent envelope activity across all the users in the account and offers performance analytics.

  • Access the report view and agreements list for any of the top-level insights and charts.

See the Agreements Dashboard support topic to learn more about this dashboard.

Obligations

This dashboard provides a visual overview of the obligations for the agreements in the account.

  • Obligations surfaced with AI and manually created obligations are included in the dashboard.
  • Payment, renewal, and termination obligations are surfaced with AI.
  • Filter the dashboard by Due Date, Obligation Type, Parties, and Obligation Owner.
  • Report views and obligation lists are available for any of the dashboard charts.

See the Obligations Dashboard support topic to learn more about this dashboard.

  • Filterable charts and an agreement list table that displays the agreements that match applied filters.
  • Users can sign up for biweekly renewal notice email notifications from the dashboard.
  • Report view and agreement lists are available for the renewal charts.

See the Renewals Dashboard support topic to learn more about this dashboard.

Any of the charts and high-level dashboard insights can be displayed in the report view. From this view, you can:

  • Download agreements and reports
  • Save applied filters and table data to create a custom report

Reports

When users run reports, they see information from their own account activity. Account administrators see all account-level activity. The available reports are grouped under tabs on the Reports view.
