Our current workflow is set up with Salesforce in that the envelope is first sent to the salesperson, then routed to the client contact for signature, using the “assign to someone else” feature in DocuSign.
I would like to create a report that will show me when an envelope has been assigned to someone else for signature. This report would assist me with creating a reminder for my sales team (outside of DocuSign), if they have not reassigned an envelope within 48 business hours.
I’ve looked at the available reports and googled a few suggestions, but nothing I have tried is working the way that I would like.
Since each DocuSign action involving an open envelope is time stamped, we should be able to pull a report that would show us when an envelope has been assigned to someone else, correct?
Please assist with this, I would greatly appreciate a report of some sort.
