We use DocuSign to manage agreements across approximately 70 customer organizations. For our tracking purposes, it's essential to capture the organization name that has signed the agreement, rather than the name of the individual signer.
However, we've encountered a challenge: the notifications we receive and the reports we can generate from DocuSign do not include the organization name. It appears that this information is not being pulled from the signed agreement, even when it's entered there.
Is there a clever way to be easily notified of the signing organization rather than the signer, or do I have to make sure that the contacts within the DocuSign platform have the organization name included somewhere?
