Hi,

All the documents have been added for in purge queue after set a retention period, which means that all documents will be in queue for deletion. The retention period has now been disabled but the documents still have the status that they are being deleted. How can that be restored? Or can we increase purge period for documents in queue.

There is an option so take a document out of the purge queue. The required steps are explained here.

Setting “purgeState” to “documents_dequeued”  will remove the envelope documents from the purge queue.

@SAKSHI

As mentioned above you would need to set up a API connection and then reset the purge state for every single envelope. This should not be a problem for a skilled developer.

There is no option to do this in the Docusign Web App.
