I purchased envelopes because I went over the plan for the year but the additional envelopes that I purchased never showed up in my available envelopes.  Still shows I am over my quota.  I can’t find any help online and no phone number to call.  Anyone know the answer?

Can you provide a screenshot of the envelope allowance shown in the Plan&Billing section under Admin/Settings?

Thank you for reaching back.

Did you already have 2 users or was the second the one you purchase? If it is, each user added to the account adds 100 envelopes more, so if you added 1 user plus your user you should have 200 envelopes available but if the amount of envelopes you have used surpassed that you would need a third.
