I create the user within DocuSign and send the invite to the employee.  The employee never receives the invite with Microsoft Outlook.  Her email address is correct within DocuSign.  She has even tried to login with her email and says forgot password and that still doesn’t work.  

I have created users and we have never had this problem before.  Any suggestions and I have also reached out to support.  They say they will have to look into this and get back with me.  Thank you for any suggestions.

We understand how inconvenient it can be when an important email doesn't arrive as expected. We recommend resending the activation email to the pending user, as it's possible the original email was unintentionally deleted. 👉 Resend Activation Emails to Pending New Users

If, however, the email is still not received after resending, please be aware that email delivery can sometimes get tripped up by spam filters or IT settings. This article explains a few common reasons why messages don’t get through: Why aren’t my signers getting emails?
