I create the user within DocuSign and send the invite to the employee. The employee never receives the invite with Microsoft Outlook. Her email address is correct within DocuSign. She has even tried to login with her email and says forgot password and that still doesn’t work.
I have created users and we have never had this problem before. Any suggestions and I have also reached out to support. They say they will have to look into this and get back with me. Thank you for any suggestions.
