You can bulk update email addresses only if you have claimed the related domains in Docusign.
For detailed information, refer to this Docusign Support article.
To change a user's email address, download and fill out the sample CSV provided.
The UserEmail column should remain unchanged and contain the current user's email address.
If you have claimed both domains and set up Single Sign-On (SSO) and the change was made in your identity provider, the email addresses will automatically update the next time the user logs into Docusign using SSO.
