You can only access envelopes sent from the Docusign eSignature account for which you have Admin rights.
If a user has a separate personal account, you will not be able to access any envelopes from that account.
If someone has two accounts, they may be logged into the wrong one and might need to switch accounts or use the correct password, depending on your account settings and login policies.
To prevent future issues, it is advisable for users to update the email address on their personal account to a private email address. Managing users who have external accounts registered with the company domain is a separate topic, but it is highly recommended to address this as well.
