Custom "Add field data" Page Layout for Document Generation Templates

For document generation templates with a lot of sender fields and rules the usability for the sender is not optimal as all fields will be displayed on the same "Add field data" page, also fields that doesnt need to be filled out in specific cases, because a rule hides them, will be displayed.

So I propose, if not already in discussion, a feature to edit the layout of the "Add field data" page like you can already do with the WebForms feature. As a result document generation template creators should be able to define custom "Add field data" pages with page titles and the sender fields to display, and they also should be able to define rules to hide fields and pages in specific situations, if this cannot be done automatically by the defined rules in the document generation template.

I understand you would like to provide feedback regarding the Field page layout. Feedback that can improve our users’ experience is always more than welcome!

There are two ways that you can formalize your request, by sending an email to feedback@docusign.com (by doing this, the Product team will review it and determine the next steps) or you can submit your feedback through Idea post here in Community (menu Ideas).

In parallel, if you’re a DocuSign Administrator for a corporate plan, you have the additional option of filing your request directly when you’re logged into your account. You’ll be able to click the “Give Feedback” button at the bottom of the screen to submit your idea.
