We have Docusign CLM and I am exploring what capabilities it has and whether we can look to adopt it for some of our processes.
To export some of our products we need our customer to sign a UK “End User Undertaking”. The UK government has permitted the use digital signatures over traditional “wet signatures”, however there still is a requirement for forms to completed on a customers company letter-headed paper (Name, address, logo etc).
Is it possible to create the form and allow customers to input their company details / standard letter-head into a docusign form sent to them?
