The award categories and winners are:

  • Agreement Transformation: Honoring organizations that have significantly enhanced their agreement processes. Winners include New York Life Insurance Company, The Trade Desk, and Hays.

As a partner, we’ve had the privilege of providing integration consulting services to dozens of customers each year, helping them streamline their contract workflows and seamlessly connect DocuSign with their business systems.

 

Many of our clients have seen their DocuSign usage double year over year after integration—not just because the tech works well, but because it genuinely solves business problems, improves operational efficiency, and enhances their competitive edge. That, in our view, is the real long-term value.

 

We’ve even worked with a gaming customet that sends out 10,000 NDAs in a single day for beta testers. I still remember a DocuSign channel director asking us, “Do you really have customers like that?” 

 

That said, one challenge we consistently face is that many of our best customer stories go untold. Even when we offer to help write up their case studies, they’re often too busy or modest to participate in nominations. It’s something we hope to work on, because their stories truly deserve to be recognized.
