Customer Story: How Crossland Construction Streamlines Workflows with Docusign

Hi Docusign Community! We have a new customer story featuring Crossland Construction, a family-run business that has grown from a humble garage operation to one of the Top 55 Contractors in the nation. 🚧 They handle a diverse range of projects, from large Fortune 500 companies to local community initiatives and major infrastructure developments.As Crossland Construction expanded, they faced new challenges, especially when Texas, their second-largest market, introduced new lien laws requiring multiple waiver releases for different project phases.“We had to track down every Texas job and subcontractor check we sent out,” said Collin Crossland, business intelligence analyst. Hey everyone 👋 Leah here. I joined Docusign a few weeks ago as a Community content manager. That means my job is to bring you content that helps you level-up in agreement management and get more out of Docusign. Please feel free to reach out if you have content ideas you’d like to share with me! I thought it’d be fun to start a casual “Weekly Win” post on Fridays. And this name might sound familiar to you, as he has led the Docusign Community leaderboard time and time again.  A longtime Docusign admin at Montana State University (MSU), David has demonstrated how involvement in the community can lead to enhanced knowledge for himself and his colleagues.
