With Docusign eSignature, they cut contract finalization time from 20 days to just a few hours. “Docusign offered everything we needed: templates, streamlined revisions, secure approval processes, robust archiving and documentation and audit trails,” Simeonova added.

Boosting Efficiency with HubSpot Integration

Upgrading to an enhanced Docusign plan with advanced features like bulk sending, workflow automation, multi-user access as well as HubSpot integration allowed Adeva to handle higher contract volumes efficiently. Now, Adeva’s team can manage higher contract volumes without adding headcount or sacrificing speed. 

Looking Ahead with Intelligent Agreement Management

Adeva is now leveraging Intelligent Agreement Management (IAM) to drive future growth. As Adeva scales, it’s focused on using AI to spot hidden opportunities and extract valuable insights from agreements. 

“Ultimately, adopting IAM will solidify our position as a market leader,” said Simeonova.
