-New-at-Docusign:-Did-Someone-Say-Early-Access?!"> New at Docusign: Suggested Fields (And a Way to Get Early Access)
We’re excited to announce that Docusign is recruiting customers for the Beta of our upcoming AI-assisted feature: Suggested Fields. This tool automates the generation and placement of custom text fields when you create new envelopes and templates. The Beta will run from August 20 to October 20, giving you free early access to Suggested Fields. Participation is simple—test the feature and provide feedback through two surveys during the Beta. We may also ask a few participants to join a short interview.
Sign up here to join the Beta and be part of the future of agreement automation.

How can I bulk download all signed documents in Docusign?
You can use the standalone product, Docusign Retrieve, a desktop application designed for bulk downloading documents. Alternatively, consider using Agreement Action or creating an API.
What is the difference between Delete and Void in Docusign?
-
Void: Used by the sender to nullify an envelope before completion, making it uneditable. Voided envelopes remain accessible for historical reference.
-
Delete: Removes the envelope from the sender's Sent folder, but if the envelope is in progress, it also voids it. For recipients, deleting removes the envelope from their Inbox but does not void it.
Is it possible to change a document after it has already been signed?
Once a document is signed and completed, it is locked for changes. The typical solution is to void the signed document and send a new envelope. To handle changes more effectively in the future, consider using the "collaboration" feature for editable fields, field duplication to link fields, or adding tooltips for guidance.
