Editing Default Response Emails

Is it possible to edit the wording in the body of auto-response emails from DocuSign CLM?  Specifically thinking of the External Signature email response/confirmation and the eSignature email response/confirmation.  We have edited the emails that are sent, as much as we can, but once those actions are completed, we are looking for ways to edit those emails as well.  It would include the subject line and the email body.

Thanks in advance.

@sgreer

Those are sent by DocuSign eSignature, not CLM. You can customize both the subject and the body by using Email Resource Files in a Brand. This is the supported way to edit the system emails like “Completed,” “Declined,” etc. You upload a customized resource file where each email’s HTML, plain text, and subject live in named nodes.

For CLM-originated emails you control the copy in CLM by editing the message/email templates used by the workflow step, or by adding your own Email step that fires on the same event and turning off any duplicate notifications.
