If a contract gets signed in eSignature (stand alone document), is there a way to feed that document back to CLM so it can be part of the overall file structure built in CLM?

Hello, @sgreer

Welcome to the community.

At CLM, you can select a folder then click in the menu File, after that Upload then upload the signed document.

In the eSignature platform you can use the button download files in the completed envelope. So you can download the signed documents to your computer then from there you can upload into a folder in CLM.

Another option is to send documents directly from CLM to be signed. At CLM, go to a folder, select a file then click in the little arrow (context menu) then click in Send for Signature. After the document be signed it be back in a .PDF format together the Certificate of Completion.

I hope that help,

Alexandre

Thank you, Alexandre!  So, seems like there is no automated solution but more of a manual porting.  In this use case, not all of the customer’s employees will have access to CLM so having it initiate directly in eSignature would be their only option.  Thank you for the details.  We will share this with the team.
