User Profile option missing

What happened to user profile option? It is missing under settings, which allows user to update their email address. My preferences is there, but you can’t update your email address under that option. My profile is missing. It was there a couple of weeks ago.

I’m sorry to hear that you are unable to change your email address, I understand that the option is just not available for you.

 

To better understand your issue, can you provide a screenshot of what shows when you click your initials/profile picture on the top right?

Hi lastephenson:

I’ve always seen that option on the right of the screen - click the circle your initials and ‘manage profiles’ is in the dropdown. 

Maybe the latest update streamlined ‘profile’ to just being in one place?
