Need Guidance - Certified Docusign CLM Administrator Exam

​@NehD, to give you better responses, I’d like to know a little more about how you are using Docusign.  Are you already a CLM administrator for one or more DS accounts?  Have you already taken any courses through the Docusign University portal?  Also, just so I can point you in the right directions, is your organization by any chance part of the Docusign Partner Program?

​@Jerry.Withers Hello! Yes, I have CLM Admin access from the Company on my work account. I work in the Legal team for an Electricity Company. I have not taken any courses through DocuSign university. I work with Insights and the CLM tool for analysing and vetting contracts, also managing contract upload requests. 

Most of my knowledge comes from learning from my Manager. I am interested to know more about the workflow itself so I can manage the workflow and cater it too my needs or the needs of the company. Although I do not have any programming knowledge or coding knowledge whatsoever.

1. Get Started with Docusign CLM
2. Docusign CLM: Introduction
3.  Docusign CLM: Navigate the User Interface
4. Docusign CLM: Manage Folders and Documents
   And a video:
   DocuSign CLM - Document Workflow Automation (Basic)

If you have access to their Subscription content via a Campus Pass or Success Pack:

Docusign CLM: Workflows for End Users

With this foundation, you can continue with any of the other CLM courses that look interesting to you.
