Getting receipt of a docusign charge

I’m trying to track down a copy of a receipt for a charge to our company’s American Express card.

It does not seem to be tied to our company’s Docusign account.

I need a copy of the receipt so I can look into it further.

Because we have a free account, I’ve had trouble connecting with an actual person. I’ve tried twitter/x chat to no avail. 

Does anyone know how I can connect with an actual human being on the accounting end to help me with this?

We’re here to help where we can, but when it comes to billing or account changes, those requests need to come from a Docusign account administrator. If that’s not you, we recommend checking with your company’s admin to get started.

Thanks for the prompt reply.

As far as I know I am the administrator. Our account is in my name and under my email.  Could you please help me track down this invoice?
