WebForm results not available immediately after completion

We have a published webform - "id":"3527eec7-2c68-43f0-aca9-9eb51c4e7a16","accountId":"d09a0de1-8019-4bf8-a56c-46916ffdf531".

 

When users complete it, we only see their entries in the results after a delay of many hours.

 

Is this expected? Is there some missconfiguration?

For Web Forms, the submission data does not appear instantly. Form submission data has to be processed before it shows up in our reporting so it can be filtered and searched against. It typically takes about 1–2 hours for submitted Web Form data to appear in your reporting/download view. If using Advanced Web Forms, the form data is available immediately via the API.
