Webform: Can't get to Signing page

Hi,
the first thing to check is to ensure that all required fields are populated and any data entered meets the respective validations.  Tested my demo account a few moments ago and all seems to be working fine.

The associate went thru completing the webform with me on a zoom call all fields were completed there is no validation on the form; I saw that the webform was not advancing to the signature page around 3:40pm PT. 

I just tried it in production and it worked for me. 

Were there issues yesterday that would cause the webform not to advance? Is there any root cause to get the blue circle just spinning on a webform?

There were no issues that I am aware of on the DocuSign cloud which can be checked here https://www.docusign.com/trust however that doesn’t mean that any internet slowdowns at any point between the user and the data canter may impact the performance of eSignature. 
Personally when this happens and it takes too long I refresh the screen - sometimes successfully, sometimes otherwise….

Like any other cloud based solution out there, DocuSign is dependent on internet connectivity and we have little control over this - just like roadworks on the the interstate as a driver…..

I don’t have the option to add a signature page... Everything else in the form looks good and I’d like to add a signature field (ideally three) at the end but don’t see the option to do so? 

I just signed up for a DocuSign account and paid for the full year membership specifically so I could move all of my forms over and get a signature. I am experiencing the exact same issue as ​@caitlynseacat and I don’t see a “signature page” anywhere listed in my form builder.

Does the template that you are using contain the signature field?

​@Christopher.Alpizar I have the Business Pro account and I’m still not seeing the Signature page.  In the feature list, there is nothing listed saying that a “signature” is an advanced feature that would not be included with Webforms.

​@Christopher.Alpizar When I use an e-signature template then I see the Signature page but I do not see the signature page when I “start from scratch.”

A bug might be affecting your account, have you contacted Docusign Support via a case? To open a support case in the Docusign Support Center, go to the "Get Support" section and select "Open a Support Case". Log in using your Docusign credentials and select a case subject. If you have multiple Docusign accounts, choose the appropriate account to continue. Open a case in the Docusign Support Center.
