When I add the Date Signed it is only recording the Date, not the Time. Thought the system used to record both. How do I ensure the Time is also recorded?

I am sorry to hear that your Date Signed field is not using the format you were expecting, but I will gladly help you correct the issue as soon as possible.
You are able to control the Date Signed field's format as part of the account Signing Settings, through the "Current Time Format" option offered in Settings>Signing Settings.
