@Stewart Brown You would need to create a DocuSign Support case to address immediate deletion of your account, the DocuSign Community has no a control over this issue.

I am going through the same thing. I will not accept that. I requested cancellation of my account since last month and they still charged my account. What is up with these companies these days?
I downgraded it to a free plan but still charged my account. Then, I wrote them a message inquiring about it and requesting a refund of the charge wrongfully made to my account 2-3 days ago and still have not heard back from them.

Hi, I have tried to cancel my account and get my refund witch I have just over £500. I have no answers after several attempt and getting worried that this company is not geniune
