User isn't seeing envelopes sent to their accounts

As an Admin, Is there a way to at least see the header info, envelope ID, sender, recipient, etc. for envelopes sent to our domain? I've got users struggling with opening envelopes sent to them, but I can't see the details without screen sharing while the user logs into their account.

No, you are only able to report on envelopes that have been sent from your account and not on envelopes that a different user has received from other accounts. Screen sharing with the users is the correct solution.

There is a more technical way to handle incoming envelopes via DocuSign Recipient Connect. You may want to have a look into it: https://www.docusign.com/blog/developers/recipient-connect
