Question

Completed envelopes

Forum|alt.badge.img+1

When I send out contracts, the project manager initials, then it goes to our vp for signature and then to the subcontractor.  The project manager does not want a copy of the completed envelope.  Is there a way to cut that off?

Hello, @Caye

Welcome to the Docusign Community!

No, there is not possible. All recipients receive an email notification of completion.

Your Project manager can login to the account, click on his initials on the right top corner, My Preferences, Notifications then unselect the type of Recipient emails notifications he wants or not to receive.

I hope that helps.

Alexandre

@Caye - Have you look into the recipient email notifications?  I believe the project manager can turn off recipient notifications for completed envelopes in their preference settings.   This would be for all envelopes if they have a DocuSign account.

Hello!

I hope you are doing well. Besides the email notifications in DocuSign, the PM can create an outlook rule to move the email to deleted.

If there are any questions, please do not hesitate to reach out.

Very Respectfully,
