Does Docusign allow you to store an e-signature as a pre-filled option? If you are saving a template, it would be helpful to have the required internal team member's esignature pre-filled before sending out to an external person to e-sign.

We do not have that option available, the closest workaround is to upload a document with the signature already on it.
