Hi, I'm trying to send a DocuSign and it's not letting me it's give me an error message. It's saying unable to access the envelope. Is there a phone number that I can call to speak with someone.

The issue you are experiencing is probably part of an ongoing outage in our NA2 server.

Our engineering team is aware of the situation and is actively working towards a fix.
