When I first started using DocuSign a month ago the formatting options where present, but they've disappeared! Am I doing something wrong - or is this a glitch? Screenshot attached. Many thanks.

The name and date signed fields are too small on my document, and the format option is missing from the menu on the right hand side even when I scroll down.

Thank you for reaching out here in the DocuSign Community.
This behavior is usually related to a document with a large resolution.
In my experience, the origin of the issue tends to be a configuration error the moment the document is generated or scanned.
As a solution, I would suggest flattening or printing the document to PDF, in order to reformat its sizing.
