I am somewhat new to DocuSign. When I upload the document and go to advanced options, it has a lock that is greyed out and says “Contact your administrator to enable recipients privileges”. Does anyone know how to enable them? I am the administrator for my account.
As an Admin you can configure that in the Settings page, on the left gray column select Sending Settings. There you can enable/disabled those advanced options.
