Over the weekend we received a large number of delivery failures with the X-Postfix; mail for [10.101.150.121]: 25 loops back to myself. Has anyone else received this error? What does it mean? Recipient email addresses all look correct. I did notice that a large majority of the email address were for gmail. I have tried to resent a few but still received the error. Also, during this time period we were able to successfully deliver other envelopes.

EDIT: Got the following response from the DocuSign support team (after all of the technical explanation) - “In conclusion, it looks like our server encountered some difficulties when trying to deliver some of the envelopes, but was able to fix itself.”

We experienced a number of these ourselves, and these came from envelopes that were sent on 11/21 and 11/22. The failure emails came in on Sunday, 11/24. At least one of the errors was tied to a gmail, but not sure exactly how wide spread through the organization this was.
