Hello,

I completed a document today, and when I log into my account, it doesn't appear. I was able to download it from my emails, but I would like it to show up on my account.

Can we add it with the following information:

  • Envelope ID:
  • Recipient ID:
  • Signer Space version:

Docusign at the moment does not have a way to add documents to an account, however, if you can send me the envelope ID and your account ID via a private message I can try to locate the envelope and see why it was not stored in your account: Locate a Docusign envelope ID
