Hi all,

Our DocuSign/Salesforce integration (document generation via a Launcher) was working fine until yesterday. Since this morning, all users are getting the following error when generating a document from a Salesforce record (e.g. Q-86831):

Failed to initiate document generation. Please try again later or contact your administrator for assistance.
[146] Failed to get SF Access Token with error code BadRequest and error message
{"error":"invalid_grant","error_description":"user hasn't approved this consumer"}
Reference ID: 73ca3ae0-0d4a-407c-9882-2abcb12f7b59

Context / what I've already checked:

  • I disconnected and reconnected the integration from the DocuSign Launcher, and did see and approve the Salesforce consent screen ("Allow Access"). Despite that, the error persists exactly the same.
  • I haven't been able to confirm whether the Launcher manages the same OAuth connection as the back-end document generation engine, or whether these are two separate connections (e.g. a separate Named Credential on the Salesforce side).

Could you help me please ?

Thanks in advance — this is currently blocking document generation for all users in our org.
